Quicktime won’t open .mov file exported by GoProStudio

Having exported my GoPro video from the GoProStudio in a .mov format I now find Quicktime can’t open it? I just get an error message saying “QuickTime Player can’t open “BEACH DEC 2015.mov”.”

Any thoughts as to why?
